Important paperwork should not leave you feeling alone.

A letter arrives. The language is dense. The deadline is unclear. You may understand most of the words and still be unsure what the document is asking you to do. WriteKindly gives you a patient person to work through it with — not just an automated answer.

Who it is for

For anyone who deserves a patient person in their corner.

WriteKindly is for anyone who would benefit from patient, personal help with important written communication.

Who it is not for

A clear sense of where WriteKindly stops.

WriteKindly is patient, human help with reading and responding to documents. To make sure we are the right fit, it helps to say plainly what this service is not.

  • Not a translation service

This is not spoken or written translation. Clients need a basic or fundamental understanding of English so we can work through the document together.

  • Not legal, health, or financial advice

I do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advisory opinions. For those matters, please work with a licensed professional.

  • Not for anything illegal

WriteKindly will not assist with any document, request, or matter that is unlawful or intended to circumvent the law.

About Adam

This began with my own parents.

My parents are now in their 80s. I first noticed the need when they were in their 60s and began asking my brothers and me for help reading information, translating its meaning, and writing letters — even though their English was fairly good.

As they grew older, English became harder to recall and dense documents took more time to process. What they needed was not simply translation. They needed someone who would sit with them, explain every section without rushing, understand what they were trying to say, and help them respond with confidence.

I realized how many older adults, immigrants, students, and families face the same problem — and how often the person they trust simply does not have enough time. I created WriteKindly to provide the patience, clarity, and follow-through I would want for my own parents.
